Description

Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma WA intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302, the lease of the Novoste Site Start-Up Kit, Cat#SSK-0030; for a period of one year starting on or about 01 January 2002 through 31 December 2002, plus one option year. The Solicitation Number is DADA13-02-T-0013, the NAICS Code is 532490 with a size standard of $5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers. However, the Government will consider all propos als received within 7 days of publication of this synopsis. A determination not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be used solely for t he purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
