Description

REQUIREMENT: The US Government is soliciting interested parties to lease/build approximately 78,000 usf (Block A) of office and related space and approximately 10,000 usf (Block B) to accommodate a food service facility in downtown Ogden, Utah. Parties are welcome to provide an expression of interest for Block A or Block B or both. The initial tenant for both will be the Internal Revenue Service. LOCATION: The sites for each development must be within 2,000 linear feet of The Main Distribution Frame Room in the Boyer Development, which is located in City Block #37 which is bounded by: NORTH: 22nd Street, SOUTH: 23rd Street, EAST: Lincoln Avenue, WEST: Wall Avenue. To simplify, said perimeters equate to approximately a one-block radius from the boundaries of Block #37. Buildings or sites listed on, or eligible for the National Register, or located within an historic district are encouraged to apply. There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference in mid January 2002.
