Description

Naval Undersea Warfare Division Keyport intends to negotiate and award a sole source procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR Part 13.601-1(b) and 6.302-1 with Spectral Dynamics, Inc., San Jose, CA 95131 for a Sixty Four (64) x Three (3) Channel MIMO Digital Vibration Control System. Delivery shall be made 60 days after award to Supply Officer, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, 610 Dowell St., Building 893, Keyport, WA 98345. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quotation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 4, 2002. Award will be made on or about February 1, 2002. No telephone requests for the solicitation pack age will be accepted. Numbered Note 22 applies.
