Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to purchase on a sole source basis lifetime maintenance coverage for Marotz Cost Xpert proprietary licenses from Marotz Incorporated, 13518 Jamul Drive, Jamul, California 91935. Marotz is the developer, designer and manufacturer of this software and holds proprietary rights in providing support of cost Xpert software. The contract shall be a firm fixed price contract. FOB Destination shall apply. The quotation number is N00178-02-Q-1020. This procurement is DO priority rated. DoD will no longer award contracts to Contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base.
