Description

The work in this project is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision as necessary to provide preventive maintenance inspection service (PMIS) work, serviee call work, and repair work services for various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and associated equipment, including testing by means of a combination fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract at the Navy and Marine corps Reserve Center, White River Junction Vermont. This procurement is issued by the Officer in Charge, NAVFAC Contracts, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811310 with a size standard of $5,000,000. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance is one calendar year with options for up to an additional four calendar years. This solicitation will be a combination of a fixed price and indefinite quantity contract including the Service Contract Act requirements. The response date shown above is an estimated date. The Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) has been amended to require all contractors to register in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. Be advised for solicitation issued after May 31, 1998, failure to registered in the CCR makes an offeror ineligible for award of DOD contracts.
