Description

The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD 20889 has a requirement for the Neurology Department, Bethesda, MD for a medical maintenance agreement from the time of award thru 30 September 2002(Base Year) plus one option year in accordance with Statement Work. Preventive maintenance and repair for the following medical equipment: Item 0001: One (1) Viking 4P; Item 0002: Viking 4P; Item 0003: One (1) Spirit; Item 0004: One (1) Voyageur Review Station; Item 0005: One (1) Voyageur Acquisition; Item 0006: One (1) Voyageur Acquisition; Item 0007: One (1) Ultrasom Workstation; Item 0008: One (1) Ultrasom Reader Station. Preventive maintenance shall be performed one time per year. All calibrations shall be in compliance with Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations(JCAH0), Original Equipement Manufacturer (OEM) and Federal Drug Administration (FDA) standards.
