- Description
- Provide temporary services of 10 full-time Medical Record Technicians/Medical Receptionists (40 hours/week) for approximately 17 weeks. Services to be provided at the following Coast Guard clinics located at: Kodiak, Ketchikan, Sitka, and Juneau Alaska; Astoria and North Bend Oregon; Humboldt Bay, Petaluma and San Pedro, California and Port Angeles, Washington. This will be a personal service contract. This requirement will be accomplished utilizing Far part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor will work weekdays during hours established by the Clinic Supervisor, normally not to exceed 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week for a total of 680 hours. Period of performance will be from 15 February 2002, or date of award through 30 June 2002. The Request for Proposals will be issued on or about 02 Jan 2002 and close on or about 16 January 2002. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAIC code for this acquisition is 621999, the SIC code is 8099 and the small business size standard is $5.0 million average annual receipts for the proceeding four fiscal years.
