Description

Amendment 05 for the Checkout, Assembly and Payload Processing Services (CAPPS) acquisition is being released to industry via the NAIS and CAPPS websites. The purpose of Amendment 05 is to publish questions/comments submitted relevant to the CAPPS request for proposal (RFP) and the Government's responses thereto. This amendment also modifies specified portions of the referenced RFP as related to the Government's responses to the submitted questions/comments. Amendment 05 is being released in portions. The portions include (1) The Standard Form 30; (2) CAPPS Questions and Answers; (3) RFP Section H, revised; (4) RFP Section L, revised; (5) RFP Section M, revised; (6) Attachment J-1, revised; (7) Attachment J-1, Appendices 4A, 5A, 12A, 14, 15, 16A, and 22, all revised; and (8) Attachment J-1 Appendix 21, DRs 28, 32, and 36, all revised
