Description

The Department of Labor, (DOL), Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration, (PWBA), intends to procure non-personal, professional services of a firm to perform expert analysis and support services in support of the ERISA Form 5500 Processing, Quality Assurance and Research Support Initiatives. The five major components of this requirement are; (1) Independent technical oversight of the Form 5500 Series data digitization, delivery, and archiving efforts; (2) Quality assurance management of the Form 5500 Series data and image records received and archived by (PWBA); (3) Technical oversight of PWBA's ongoing Form 5500 Series data dissemination system support to DOL, the IRS, PBGC, and SSA; (4) Technical requirements definition and technical evaluation services for the recompete of Form 5500 Series data processing; (5)Technical support of ongoing PWBA Form 5500 Series data research activities. The Contractor shall provide these services in direct support of PWBA's program operations in Washington D.C.
