Description

This is a notice of intent that the Bureau of the Census intends to extend on a sole source basis an existing contract for the Federal Resources Management System Payroll Software from PeopleSoft, Inc. The software is used to satisfy the requirements of the PreAppointment Management System/Automated Decennial Administrative Management System (PAMS/ADAMS) for the Census Bureau Decennial 2000 Census. An ongoing need exists to maintain the software for Census 2000 payroll activities that will not be completed until September 30, 2002. The exsisting contract will be modified to extend through 9/30/02 on a no-cost basis. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.
