This proposed combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested under Request for Quotes (RFQ) 02ERQQ0034. THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE MADE UNDER THE TEST PROGRAM FOR CERTAIN COMMERCIAL ITEMS, FAR PART 13.5. NAICS code for this acquisition is 541370. Quotes are due by (4:15 PM EST.) (December 31, 2001). The provisions at 1452.212-05 DEV, 52.212-04 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items as they appear in the RFQ apply to this acquisition. Numbered Notes 1 apply.
