Description

Environmental Protection Agency has intent of negotiating a sole source acquisition to Cobb County Transit for round trip vouchers to EPA employees in Cobb County. The van is to pick up EPA employees from designated area in Cobb County (where employees meet to enter the van) and is driven to destination; U.S. EPA, Sam Nunn, AFC, 61 Forsyth Street S.W., Atlanta, Ga. 30303. The acquisition has met the criterias of the Federal Employees Clean Air Incentives Act of 1993 and Federal Workforce Transportation Executive Order (EO13150). The following clauses will be included in the award of this contract.
