Description

U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRTION Is seeking expressions of interest in the leasing of approximately 13,300 rentable square feet of office space in central Na ssau County for a five (5) year term. The delineated area is bounded on the north by Northern State Parkway; on the west by Meadowbrook Parkway; on the south by Southern State Parkway; and on the east by Wantagh State Parkway. This is not a reque st for competitive proposals. The government's existing lease is expiring April 27, 2002 and the government is interested i n considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, and other factors when deciding whether it should relocate.
