Description

REQUIREMENTS: U.S. Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 1,414 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield 1,230 occupiable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Secured Parking at a minimum of three spaces. LOCATION: Delineated Area North -- Reserve, southwest to Central, West to Ouachita, to Highway 70 (west), to Highway 270 (west) South -- East on East-West Bypass to Higdon Ferry Road to Highway 7 south to Lake Hamilton East -- Highway 7 from Reserve on the north to Lake Hamilton on the south West -- East-West Bypass from Highway 270 on the north Lease Term: 5 Years Firm OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy by not later than May 28, 2002.
