Description

The 375th Contracting Squadron, Scott AFB IL, intends to enter into a contract with Metadata Management Corporation (M MC), Ltd for follow-on maintenance and enhancement of the Air Mobility Command's Asset Management (AMCAM)/MetaSphere system . MMC is a small woman-owned business located in Vienna, VA 22180. The Basic Period of performance will tentatively be fro m 1 Mar 02 through 30 Sep 02. At completion of the basic period of performance there will be four consecutive 12-month opti on periods in this contract. The purpose of this follow-on contract with MMC, Ltd, is to perform systems engineering and te chnical services supporting the AMCAM/MetaSphere system. MMC originally developed and has maintained and expanded this syst em as a subcontractor under SER Solutions (formerly DoxSys, Inc) over the past six years. This acquisition strategy allows MMC to continue supporting AMCAM/Metasphere System without disruption in service.
