TRENTON HOUSING AUTHORITY 875 NEW WILLOW ST. TRENTON, N.J. 08638 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR HOPE VI DEVELOPER SERVICES The Housing Authority of the City of Trenton (THA) seeks responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for HOPE VI Developer services. The successful Developer will coordinate and prepare the THA's HOPE VI application in accordance with HUD's 2002 HOPE VI Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to be submitted by the due date. If THA is awarded the grant, THA will attempt to negotiate a Developer's Agreement with the successful respondent for the full scope of the development work. This RFQ is available for pick-up on or after December 19, 2001 from Edward Charney, Manager of Procurement and Contracts, 875 New Willow St., Trenton, N.J. 08638.
