Description

Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with University of Idaho (UI) for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). Purpose of proposed contract is to conduct study and furnish report on assessment of quality of fish released from ongoing captive broodstocks. Dr. Hardy of the UI is a principal investigator on a continuing Bonneville Power administration-funded research project. BPA funded the proposal that Dr. Hardy and others developed and is the only vendor that can complete this study.
