Description

Service: Interim Contractor Logistics Support. Comprehensive Contractor Logistics Support (CLS)to support the family of Interim Armored Vehicles (IAV)with all parts support, i.e. contractor unique parts and IAV parts currently in the Government inventory. Additionaly, CLS will provide logistics support for the vehicle platforms and all items integrated or attached to the vehicle. The contractor will supply all spare and repair parts and Line Replaceable Units (LRU) and LRU repair. The contractor will provide all tooling and equipment required to support the IAV systems. Under this requirement, the contractor must provide logistics support for the IAV systems to ensure an Operational Readiness (OR) rate of not less than 90% at all times for all locations e.g. garrison, field, operational deployments. RFP release date is targeted for 25 January 2002. The quote due date is on or about 15 February 2002. Note 22. This is a sole source award to GM GDLS Defense Group, L.L.C.
