Description

The above referenced synopsis/solicitation is hereby amended to clarify the following issue which resulted from technical difficulty in transmitting the notice. Throughout the listing of salient characteristics and specifications, the question mark symbol that appears after numbers shall be replaced with the word "degrees". All other specifications, terms and conditions remain unchanged by reason of this amendment.
