GSA, FSS intends to establish a "not to exceed" one-year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Numbers (NSN) Item 1 -- 5120-00-234-8912 Cross Tip Screwdriver estimated quantity 12,000, Item 2 -- 5120-00-234-8913 Cross Tip Screwdriver estimated quantity 33,000, Item 3 -- 5120-00-240-8716 Cross Tip Screwdriver estimated quantity 17,000, Item 4 -- 5120-00-293-1429 Puller, Mechanical estimated quantity 130, Item 5 -- 5120-00-357-7175 Cross Tip Screwdriver Set estimated quantity 3,500, Item 6 -- 5120-00-378-4293 Mechanical Puller estimated quantity 150, Item 7 -- 5120-00-541-1808 Sheet Metal Holder estimated quantity 28,000. These NSN's are part of the GSA's Stock Program. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery in 30 days. In addition to the clauses that accompany any purchase orders issued from GSA, the following clauses also apply; 552.225-70 Notice of Procurement Restriction -- Hand or Measuring Tools (all items must be domestic made), D-FSS-475 Bar Coding and 552.246-70 Source Inspection.
