Description

Program 2545-S. One year term contract with up to 4 option years. Newsletter, 8 or 16 pages, issued approximately monthly, 10 to 12 issues per year, printing in either black ink only or black plus one additional color of ink, approximately 2,500 copies per issue. Stock is 60 -- 70 lb. White Matte Coated Offset Book equal to A240. Quality Level II required. Some issues require an insert printed in black ink, both sides on colored offiset. Approximately 2,000 copies require addressing, folding, and wafer sealing. Approximately 1,600 copies require mailing using the contractor's permit imprint number with reimbursable postage. IMMEDIATELY FAX BID REQUEST ON FIRM'S LETTERHEAD TO 312.886.3163, ATTN: BID DESK. Contractor must have the IFB to bid. REQUEST BID BY PROGRAM NUMBER. Do NOT combine IFB requests for different jackets or programs on the same letter -- separate letter required for each different jacket or program bid request. Cite company name, address, phone and fax numbers, and GPO Coantractor's code (if known). No contractor's code does not preclude bidding.
