Description

The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs, alterations to, and new installations of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment systems, compressed air control systems, steam pressure regulating valves and all associated control systems, i.e. electric, pneumatic, EMCS, DDC, etc. This work will be performed at the Naval Research Laboratory main site in Washington DC. The period of performance for this contract is one (1) year with four (4) one year options. NRL anticipates awarding a contract with FFP and Time and Material Type CLINs, on a Full and Open competitive basis under SIC code 561210 at the $5M business size level. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFPs and amendments to RFPs. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. The response date published in this synopsis is the current estimated date. The actual due date for proposals will be stated in the solicitation when issued. Note 26 is applicable. =20
