Description

This is Amendment 0002 to Synopsis/Solicitation No. SB1341-02-Q-0115 advertised on December 10, 2001. The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that the requirement is unrestricted and all offerors may submit a quote. It is not a small business set-aside. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Note that under Amendment 0001 the response date was extended to 3:00 p.m. local time on December 21, 2001.
