Description

It is the intent of the U.S. Army Medical Command to negotiate on a sole source basis with Digene Corporation Hybrid Capture II technology, Gaithersburg, MD 20878 for a base plus four-option year, supply contract for performance of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) testing with Department of Defense clinical laboratories using Cytec Corporation ThinPrep Pap Test PreservCyt Solution. Contractor shall provide HPV test kits to six (6) Army hospitals within and outside the continental United States. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this requirement no later than 4:00 P.M. Central Time, 17Jan2001 to MEDCOM Contracting Center, ATTN MCAA-CC-SS (Mary Pardo), Bldg 4197, 2107 17th Street, Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. Point of contact is Mary Pardo at (210) 221-5367.
