Description

DSCR intends to negotiate with responsible firm or firms for the establishment of contract or contracts for 10 various greases. Multiple awards are authorized by the solicitation. NSNs 9150-00-180-6381, 9150-00-180-6382, 9150-00-180-6383, 9150-00-235-5555, 9150-00-754-2595, 9150-01-080-9652, 9150-00-257-5358, 9150-01-197-7690, 9150-00-223-4004 and 9150-01-360-1905. All NSNs are Mil-Spec Greases that have Qualified Producers Lists; see Note 23. Direct access to defense and federal specfications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet at http://assist.daps.mil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. The solicitation lists the estimated annual quantities for each NSN as well as the guaranteed annual minimum, delivery order minimums and maximums and contract maximum. Surge and sustainment applies to several of the NSNs. A surge plan will be required from vendors who submit proposals for those NSNs. This is an unrestricted procurement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.=20
