No public announcement of any amendments will be made. Vendors are advised to periodically check the web page for new amendmen ts or other updates. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled or published via solicitation amendment. This RFP was synopsized 19 November 2001. This RFP is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
