Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers, New York District intends to award a sole source contract to Han-Padron Associates for additional architectural/engineering services for the South Dock at the United States Military Academy. The original contract/design was completed in 1995 under a basic contract with Han-Padron. These services include a comprehensive code review and update to the existing plans and specifications for the South Dock repair at USMA. The work will also include additional field investigation to verify conditions have not worsened. The deliverables include a field investigation report, final plans, specifications, revised design analysis and a cost estimate. The Architect-Engineer, if different than Han Padron, will assume responsibility for the design and be required to stamp/seal the bid set. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541310; size standard is $4,000,000. The estimated value of this procurement is $50,000. See Note 22
