Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number N00164-02-Q-0053 is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01 as well as DCN 20011206. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 334419 and the size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is for the following: CLIN 0001, 2 Each HP E1212-66541, digital Input/Output (I/O) Channel Board for an HP82000 Semiconductor Test System. D200 (200 MHz) clock speed with a vector memory depth of 1024k bytes. Single slot board provides 8-50 ohm I/O channels. 500 ps edge placement with -3.5V to +8V output driver swing. CLIN 0002, 1 Each digital Sequencer Board, HP E1222-66574, for an HP82000 Semiconductor Test System. Supports D200 (200 MHz) clock speed, I/O boards with a vector memory depth of 1024k bytes. Single slot board. Vector range from 5ns to 100us. CLIN 0003, 1 Each Power Supply Module, HP-E1231A, for an HP 82000 Semiconductor Test System. Integrated interconnects and chassis configuration which plug directly into the HP82000 mainframe chassis. +15V@4.3A, -12V@4A, +5V @ 14A, -5.2V@60A and -2.1V@9.75A. CLIN 0004, 1 Each Digital Sequencer Board, HP-E1222-66564, for HP 82000 Mini-Frame Semiconductor Test. Integrated interconnects and chassis configuration which attaches directly into the HP82000, mini-fr ame chassis. +15V @4.3A, -12V, _5V, -5.2V and 2.1V. CLIN-0006, 1 Each HP-E1210-66521 Digital I/O Channel Board for HP82000 Mini-Frame Semiconductor Test System. D50 (50MHz) clock speed with a vector memory depth of 128k bytes. Single slot board provides 16, 100 ohm I/O channels. 800 ps edge placement with -1.5V to +7V output driver swing. All items listed are Hewlett-Packard Part numbers. Used equipment, guaranteed functional and meeting OEM specs upon arrival at Crane is acceptable. Delivery is required F.o.B. NSWC Crane, IN 47522 within 30 days after award. Final inspection will be at destination. Selection for award will be based on lowest delivered price for the exact brand name items specified. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. This will be a firm fixed price contrac t and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of commercial sale warranty provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government.
