Switch, Rotary, NSN 5930-00-134-5036; Approved Sources (First Article testing is waived for): Ucom (0ZSM8) P/N 4998 Set-Aside Type: Unrestricted. The alternate offeror is required to provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. Various increments solicited: 1000-1499; 1500-1999; 2000-2999; 3000-3999; 4000-4999; 5000-5999; Quantity of 1900 each within 120 days of date of order to various Department of Defense using activities; any balance at the rate of 1000 each every 30 days thereafter. Note: A 100% quantity option clause applies to this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer. See Note 26.
