Certificate Regarding The Use Of Data Proprietary To __________ The offeror hereby acknowledges that the data to be furnished by the Air Force furnished by __________ in this solicitation and any resultant contract is proprietary to __________ and contains the appropriate proprietary legend. The offeror certifies that he will observe the following data use restrictions: (1) The limited rights will be strictly observed. (2) The offeror shall be prohibited from reproducing in whole or in part any drawing so restricted except as required to bid request or full contract requirements. (3) The offeror is so prohibited from incorporating any information and features of the drawings into other documents or otherwise utilizing such information except for the performance of the bid/contract. (4) All drawings or copies thereof will be returned to the Government at the completion of the bid or contract period. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
