Description

The Department of Navy eBusiness Operations Office (DON eBOO) and the Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) intend to issue a sole source contract to Payment Program Management Company (PPMC), 19200 Vonkarman Avenue, Suite 400, Irvine CA 92612, in order to conduct a proof of concept with limited scope and duration. This contract will provide an independent specialized analysis of process data and historical trends, and develop specialized tools and methodologies to improve travel card delinquency. The Government intends to acquire this commercial service using FAR Part 12. Solicitation Number N00104-02-R-Q217 will be issued in accordance with FAR 12.603. This solicitation is for the intent to award a sole source contract and does not constitute a request for proposal (RFP). Point of contact for this acquisition is Patricia M.
