ISSUE DATE: JANUARY 10, 2002. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal required for the removal and replacement of the windows at the USCG Eastern Point Dwelling, Gloucester, MA (Essex County). Dwelling will be occupied during construction. NAICS code is 235510, with a size standard of $11.5M. Total estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance is estimated to be 90 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed: this includes 45 days on-site. A scheduled pre-proposal site visit is planned. Solicitation packages will be available on January 10, 2002.
