Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center plans to procure on a sole source basis to Ensign Bickford Company, multiple quantities of a FNC Generic Initiation System. Subject award will be made early first quarter of Calendar Year 2002 through Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Manufacture of subject items mandate a current pre-award safety survey on file with DCMC and demonstrated experience in development and production of similar Generic Initiation Systems.
