Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source Delivery Order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0288 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), 6900 Main St. Stratford, Ct. 06601 to provide the supplies and services necessary to install Common Cockpit avionics and provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the MH-60S while the aircraft are located at the Lockheed Martin Owego facility. SAC is the designer, developer and sole manufacture of the airframe for the MH-60S aircraft and the only known source possessing the knowledge, experience, and technical data necessary to perform this effort. See Note 22.
