NSN 5960-01-026-7379, YPE01283000552, Spark Gap. Purchased in accordance with MPD Inc. (33173) P/N ZR7512. Adequate data is not available for competitive distribution. This solicitation is for a multi-year indefinite quantity contract for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years (two optional years). Estimated annual requirement is 24 each. Average quantity per order is 6. Minimum contract quantity is 1 each, Maximum is 50 per order and 500 for the life of the contract. Offers are requested for the following quantity ranges: 1-9; 10-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-50. Solicitation is FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at origin. Delivery is phased at 15 each in 180 days, with each additional 10 every 30 days thereafter. Destinations are various CONUS and FMS locations. This solicitation is unrestricted. Note 26 applies.
