Description

NSN: 6830-01-318-5797. Approximately 254,000 Dekatherms (MMBTU) of Direct Supply Pipeline Quality Natural Gas, Interruptible Transportation, with Supply Management, for ultimate delivery to Department of Energy (DOE) Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, NY for the performance period commencing on April 1, 2002 and ending on September 30, 2002. This is an unrestricted solicitation with the closing date and time for receipt of offers extended to January 18, 2002 at 1:00 PM local time, Fort Belvoir, VA. Any new offeror who did not offer initially must complete an Offeror Submission Package and price proposal, along with supporting technical, past performance, socioeconomic information, and subcontracting plan, if applicable. The delivery receipt point is Citygate Keyspan Energy. Based on Keyspan's written policy, the successful marketer will have the option of delivery to Keyspan via Transco, Tetco, or Iroquois pipelines. However, Keyspan has verbally indicated that the required pipeline will be Transco Zone 6 for the majority of deliveries.
