Description

SUBJECT: : The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a firm fixed price delivery order to Delex Systems, Inc., 1953 Gallows Road, Suite 700, Vienna, VA 22182-3991 for a Harpoon Training Session for Poland (PN) pursuant to U.S.C. 2304 ( C ) (1) . The PN Harpoon Tactical Training Program shall be designed to provide PN ship crew trainees with detailed, functional knowledge of Harpoon performance for efficient employment of the weapon system in all tactical scenarios in an interactive environment. Delex System, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, and producer of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) HWS tactical employment training and has individually tailored training systems to specific FMS customer requirements and needs.
