Description

Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to negotiate with responsible firms for the establishment of an Indefinte Quantity Contract for Solid Film Lubricant (NSN 9150-01-360-1906), manufactured iaw Mil-Std-46147B, Type I, Shelf Life 12 months, QPL applies; see Note 23. Direct access to defense and military specifications, standards and standardization documents is available on the internet via http://assist.daps.mil or http://dodssp.daps.mil. The term of the Indefinite Quantity Contract will have a base period of one year and four, one year options. Estimated annual quantity is 800 each (600 cans to CONUS DVD locations and 200 cans to Defense Depot Richmond Va). Guaranteed minimum per year of contract is 200 cans. Maximum contract value per year is 300% of the yearly value. Successful vendor must have POPS/EDI capability. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside solicitation; see Note 1. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.=20
