Description

The National Science Foundation intends to negotiated with the Microsoft Corporation in Dallas, TX, on a sole source basis for the renewal of Microsoft premier support for the period 1/14/2002 through 1/14/2003. This notice is issued in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1 and is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit to the POC a capability statement which demonstrates their ability to provide the service and the price. Responses received by the due date above will be considered by the Government.
