Description

The solicitation document will be available on the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Non Personal Services to provide the following: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, parts, tools, materials, accessories, vehicles, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to perform Energy Management Control System (EMCS) Maintenance on Johnson Controls Inc. systems consisting of "Metasys" software and hardware at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, TX, in accordance with the Statement of Work. EMCS systems are located in various medical buildings throughout the base. The anticipated Period of Performance is a six (6) month basic period with four (4) option years. The complete Statement of Work and list of provisions and clauses can be obtained on the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Contractor must quote on all items listed. FOB: Destination for delivery is Lackland AFB, TX. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR number must be obtained before award can be made. Submit written offers via fax or e-mail (oral offers will not be considered) to, Shirley Harrison. When offer is submitted please ensure to complete and include all pages of clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications. Awards will be based on lowest price.
