Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, intends to award a sole source contract to LRP Publications, 747 Dresher Rd., P.O. Box 980, Horsham, PA, for the following: Personal Injury Valuation Handbooks -- 2002 Updates, quantity: 10, Federal Labor Relations Reporter -- 2002 Updates, quantity: 9, Federal Merit Systems Reporter -- 2002 Updates, quantity: 5, and Federal Equal Opportunity Reporter ? 2002 Updates, quantity: 7. This requirement is sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the above, they must respond to this notice before 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on December 26, 2001. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with LRP Publications will be pursued.
