Description

Commander Military Sealift Command Pacific has concluded an approved A76 Streamlined Cost Comparison (SCC) study and has reached the tentative decision to retain Administrative Services in house. MSCWEST A76 Admin Study No. 19 NC20000712 announced 20 positions to be studied which was subsequently reduced to 17 positions as a result of study position identification corrections. The SCC was based upon the Most Efficient Organization (MEO) of 12 full time equivalent positions. MSCPAC point of contact is Contracting Officer Robert B. Link.
