Description

The Social Security Administration intends to negotiate a sole source acquisition with Colonial Parking, 2145 K Street, NW, Washington, DC 20037 for the lease of 33 parking spaces w/key cards and 24 hour access at the International Trade Center Building, 500 E. Street, S.W. Washington, DC 20024. The period of performance is 01/01/02 through 12/31/02. Colonial Parking is the only known source of parking associated with this location. See Numbered Note 22 except that response time is changed to three business days.
