Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement delivery order under the authority of Federal Regulation 6.302 to Raytheon TI Systems Incorporated, 2501 W University, McKinney, Texas for the following F-18 aircraft components: 25 each Interlock Covers (p/n 3087839-1); 25 each AFT Plates (p/n 3081368-2); 25 each Leaf Springs (p/n 3087828-1); 25 each Link Arm Handles (p/n 3087826-1); 5 each Handle Assemblies (p/n 3085601-1); and 10 each Power Supply Chassis (p/n 3081317-2). Components required are for end item AN/AAS-38 Power Supply, 3061260-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by submitting a capability proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note 22 and 26 apply to this procurement action.
