Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Newport, Rhode Island intends to award an ?M? type Services Purchase Order with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Provisions to 3D Systems, Inc., 26081 Avenue Hall, Valencia, CA 91355, pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source under Federal Acquisition Regulations Parts 12 ?Acquisition of Commercial Items? and 13 ?Simplified Acquisition Procedures? (SAP) to obtain Annual Maintenance Services for existing 3D Systems equipment. Award is sole source because the required Sterolithography MAINTENANCE Agreements required by this action are proprietary to 3D Systems, Inc. Delivery will be for a period of 12 months. The North American Industry Classification is 339999, size standard 500 Employees. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. Estimated RFQ release date is 12/28/01.
