Description

Point of Contact -- Captain Erwin Rivera, Contract Specialist, 787-707-3541, Contracting Officer -- Luis Torres, 787-707-4526. The Directorate of Contracting, Ft. Buchanan, PR intends to solicit and award a fixed price award fee contract for base operating support services for Soto Cano Air Base in Honduras. The requirement includes thirteen functional areas; base engineer servic es, laundry operations, supply support activity; equipment pool; morale, welfare and recreation; equipment maintenance; full food service; class 1 operations; ground transportation; air transportation; information management; security; petroleum, oil, lubr icants. Period of performance is for one base year and four one-year option periods. The solicitation issue date is on/about 24 January 2002.
