Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a Sole-Source basis with Bachman Company for technical support, sodftware/hardware maintenance, and installation of the DEA, Technical Inventory Systems (TEIS) application. Bachman Company is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is a base year with four twelve month option periods. A justification for other than full and open competition is on file. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be knowledged. If one is issued no additional synopsis will be published. The determination to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted. See Notes 22 & 26.
