Description

VA Connecticut Healthcare System is seeking to procure social work services for VA's Community Reintegration Program in West Haven, CT. Contractor's employee will work approximately 18 hours per week. Performance period will be for one year from date of award. Solicitation package will include three additional option year periods. NAICS code 624190 applies to this procurement.
