Description

The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms/organizations to provide Clinical Case Management and Supportive Services to a minimum of 85 public housing residents for a one (1) year period. The goal of the project is to maximize the employability of public housing residents. Offeror shall be a well established Behavioral Health/Social Services organization with a history of measurable experience in providing counseling and case management services. The Offeror must have proven experience in addressing psychosocial needs of a wide variety of clients in the form of clinical assessment, individual development or treatment plans, didactic educational resources, individual and group therapy. SLHA is seeking an organization that can deliver a comprehensive package of coordinated services that provide linkage to broad based community services. Broad based services should provide the following four interrelated components that work closely together to provide services, support skill development and mentoring for public housing residents: Clinical Case Management; Life Skills Building; Job Skills Training/Interventions; Economic Development. Solicitation documents will be available for pick up in the SLHA's Procurement Section, 4100 Lindell Boulevard, St. Louis MO 63108 starting at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 3, 2002. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2002 in the 3rd Floor Conference Room at the above address. The SLHA will receive sealed proposals for this service until 3:00 p.m., Friday, February 1, 2002.
