Description

The original synopsis was posted on the CBD on November 20, 2000. The following information was inadvertently omitted at that time: a.) The proposed procurement contains and option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 4 years. b.) This is an unrestricted procurement c.) While price may be a significant factor in evaluation of offers, the final award decision(s) will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, etc. (see section M of the RFP) d.) One or more of ht items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the Untied States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit and offer. The following additional changes apply to this RFP: a.) This procurement is no longer intended to support direct vendor delivery requirements. The RFP is for stock replenishment only. b.) The order minimum and maximum as described in clause I34 are revised to 3,000 each and 81,000 each respectively.
